Personalized nutrition support for children with feeding challenges and/or faltering growth
If feeding feels stressful, growth feels confusing, or you’ve been told to “wait and see” without clear guidance, you’re not alone.
I work with families who want to understand why things feel stuck and get a clear, individualized plan forward.
After 7+ years practicing as a dietitian in corporate healthcare, I realized our traditional healthcare model was failing families. I remember the family that was the breaking point for me.
3 month old and a first time mom desperately trying to breastfeed her baby who’d been thriving until about six weeks of life. Suddenly, he started falling off the growth chart. He was losing weight, had green watery stools, and was an extremely fussy feeder.
They were admitted overnight and immediately started on an expensive allergy formula due to suspected cows milk protein intolerance. No lactation or feeding therapy consult. No one even tried to watch this baby feed. Within 15 minutes with this mom I knew her baby had a difficult latch and wasn’t transferring enough milk. Once mom’s supply had regulated at the 6 week mark, he had to work for his milk and he wasn’t able to.
Mom sobbed to me about how important breastfeeding was and how much she didn’t want to use formula. I told her I was going to do whatever I could to support her in that choice. I asked the doctor (a late 20’s male resident) for a lactation consult and a feeding assessment by a SLP. He told me “no” and that the baby was “gaining on formula so we’re sending them home tomorrow.” They were discharged the next morning and their bed was filled by noon. I never saw them again. This is where my Time to Thrive Nutrition Program was born.
Welcome to my side of nutrition care where I’ve created the time to listen to parents, to learn your child, and to see progress.

How the Time to Thrive Nutrition Program works
The program is structured in five intentional phases so families are never trying to fix everything at once. Each phase has a different focus and builds on the one before it.
Phase 1: Feeding & Growth Assessment
A comprehensive clinical review to understand the full picture and build a personalized plan. This phase ends with a Growth Roadmap Call via Zoom where we review findings and outline next steps.
Phase 2: Regulation & Structure
Support implementing changes in a realistic, sustainable way.
Phase 3: Growth & Momentum
Monitoring progress, troubleshooting challenges, and adjusting as needed.
Phase 4: Confidence & Skill-Building
Strengthening your ability to respond to feeding and growth changes with confidence.
Phase 5: Sustainability & Independence
Finalizing a long-term plan so you feel equipped moving forward.
Every family moves through all five phases. What varies is how much 1:1 support you want along the way.
How support is structured
All families receive the same phased framework and clinical approach. Support differs based on how much day-to-day guidance feels helpful for you.
