I do not work directly with health insurance, but I do accept HSA/FSA payments for U.S.-based families. I also offer flexible payment plans and special financing through Klarna to help make care more accessible.
I chose not to partner with insurance for several reasons — most importantly, it gives me the time and flexibility to fully focus on your child and structure my program in a way that gets results faster and more effectively than traditional models allow.

Yes! I work with families all over the world — I’ve had clients from every continent except Antarctica (so far 😄).
Outside of the U.S., I practice as a Nutrition Coach, since my Registered Dietitian credentials are U.S.-based and not internationally licensed. That said, the support, guidance, and results I provide remain just as personalized and effective.

Absolutely. Respect for cultural and dietary preferences was a major part of my training, and I’ve worked with families following all types of diets — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, pork-free, and more.
No matter your family’s dietary pattern, I’ll tailor my recommendations to align with your values and support your child’s growth.

Yes! Many of my clients have food allergies, and this is never a barrier to getting expert support. In fact, I’ve helped numerous families identify allergies as the root cause of their child’s growth challenges — so working around and managing allergies is a key part of what I do.

This is a totally valid concern, and I completely understand the hesitation to trust someone you found online. To be honest, I can’t guarantee your child will hit every goal for several reasons:
I don’t have a magic wand. I can’t control your child’s hormones, metabolism, or preferences. I bring a toolbox full of tips, strategies, experience, and personalized support — but your child has to be a willing participant. And, honestly, you do too. You need to be 100% committed and believe in your child.
Also, what does success mean to you? For some families, success isn’t massive weight gain — it’s discovering that nutrition isn’t the root issue. Many parents finish the program empowered, confident that they did everything possible, and with the knowledge to push for further medical evaluation where the true cause is identified. That relief is real and powerful.
While I can’t promise huge weight gain, I can promise that after working with me, you will feel seen, heard, and confident that you are a damn good parent doing your absolute best to help your child thrive.
