The same proven program, with two different levels of support

All families move through the same clinical framework, phased approach, and core program pillars. The difference between levels is how much support you want along the way.

Level 1: Check-In Support

Best for families who want a clear plan and structured guidance, but don’t need frequent back-and-forth support.

Includes:

Weekly check-in forms with personalized review
Clear weekly priorities so you know exactly what to focus on
Ongoing adjustments based on how your child is responding
Chat access during phase 1 and 2 only (first 2 weeks) cv

Level 2: Chat Support

Best for families who want more real-time guidance, frequent adjustments, and reassurance along the way.

Includes:

Ongoing chat support Monday through Friday
Real-time guidance and adjustments as things come up
Flexible support without needing weekly check-in forms
Support through appetite changes, illness, travel, medical complexities, and day-to-day changes
Weekly Office Hours
Seeds to Success course access

How to Enroll

If you decide the Time to Thrive Nutrition Program is the right fit, enrolling is simple.

Here’s what happens next:

Choose your level of support. Based on your consult, you’ll select the level that was recommended for your family.
Choose your payment option. Most families choose the monthly option to spread out the investment, though pay-in-full, or extended payment plans are available.
Complete enrollment and onboarding. You’ll complete payment and intake forms through Practice Better.
We’ll schedule your start. Programs begin on a Friday, and Phase 1 starts immediately.
